Basic Knitted Fabrics
The basic knit fabrics is usually called a stocking or stockinet pattern. These patterns are very helpful in making clothes from simple piece of thread. It has various types. This stuff has an ease to the market and it helps customers or clients in buying. The knitted stuff is a very popular style or method in making cloth from thread. Different combinations of knit and purl stitches, along with highly developed techniques, generate fabrics of significantly variable consistency, from delicate to very thick, from highly springy to comparatively firm, from flat to tightly round. In this stuff polyester is highly appreciated. The fabric uses a ball-point needle size 10 to 70 and 11 to 75 for lightweight material, 12 to 80 for medium weight and 12 to 80 and 14 to 90 for hardwearing material. Use of an all-purpose thread, like polyester or cotton wrapped polyester is at the top of the list. These are the standardized process or steps which are used in making the knitted fabric.
