As a child, I was always larger than the other kids. I don’t know about you, but it always kills me to see people struggle with their weight. I know people that just can’t seem to burn fat no matter what they do. You wouldn’t really know that you are capable of doing things unless you have seen it your eyes. I am not expecting that I can still workout at my age but the Body Gospel workout has been helping me with that. Even if I am in my early sixties, I would go with the flow because I am doing the routines for the Lord.

I consider this as a good motivation. I am not only preventing further illnesses brought about my old age but I am also creating a good relationship with God. This workout is really amazing because it has made me feel so young every time I would spend a few minutes of working out every day.
